Grinding is a controversial issue in MMORPGs and many players dislike it. In order to better improve the Grinding mechanics, we need to describe the Grinding player experience through multiple aspects. The research convergence researches the content of theoretical investigations such as game experience and player experience, and then combined with the content of the focus group interview method, 10 factors and 43 questionnaire items of Grinding Player Experience (GPE) were developed, and finally the GPE scale was made. The GPE scale will help the author study the improvement method of the Grinding mechanism, so as to improve players" satisfaction and loyalty to MMORPG games, and improve the market competitiveness of MMORPG games. In addition, the GPE Measurement Questionnaire aims to be a freely available and widely applicable MMORPG Grinding player experience measurement tool, helping other researchers to obtain a reliable and valid Grinding player experience measurement index.
