Report Errors
제조 공정에 따라 수많은 데이터들이 발생되며, 발생된 데이터를 수집 및 분석을 통해 제조 공정이 더 효율적이며 체계적으로 개선할 필요가 있다. 따라서 스마트 제조 공정은 데이터의 수집 및 분석을 통해 제조 공정상 발생할 수 있는 이상 징후를 조치할 수 있도록 SPC(Statistical Process Control) 분석을 통해 산출한다. 스마트 제조 공정 모델은 SPC 분석을 통해 제조 공정별 문제 상황을 인지하고 실시간으로 대처가 가능함을 검증하였다. 따라서 스마트 제조 공정 모델이 데이터 분석 결과를 충족하도록 구현하였음을 확인하였다.
