This study carried out an 8 week program to investigate the effects of lifestyle posture on plantar pressure by dividing the subjects into the exercise group and control group, and measured the left and right weight bearing rate for identifying the static balance and plantar pressure on the left and right forefoot and hindfoot in the standing position before and after the program. Participants were educated on the correct posture related to lifestyle and they were asked to fill out the checklist on the lifestyle posture everyday for 8 weeks, and received feedback every week. Each question was scored and the scores were totaled for one week, and the results of analyzing the improvement of lifestyle posture based on the total score at the 1st and 8th week are as follows. In the exercise group, left/right weight bearing rate(L/R balance) among plantar pressure variables was significantly explained by the improvement of desk posture, improvement of sleeping posture and improvement of walking posture among lower variables of lifestyle habit posture. In the control group, the improvement of walking posture affected the improvement of left foot front plantar pressure. 5 other variables other than exercise habit improvement affected the improvement of left foot back plantar pressure; sleeping posture, walking posture and other posture improvement affected the right foot front plantar pressure; and the exercise habit improvement was analyzed to affect the right foot back plantar pressure.
