To recognize and address the seriousness of climate change, the international community approved the Global Warming 1.5°C Special Report at the 48th IPCC General Assembly and proposed a route to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by at least 45% by 2030. It is significant by applying eco-friendly conservation plans to plants with a high proportion of energy to achieve carbon neutrality. The research method shall be evaluated on power matters suitable for plant characteristics based on the Building Energy Saving Plan. Industrial plants should be evaluated by dividing them into steel plants, energy facilities plants, and chemical plants, but the evaluation methods and standards are still unclear, so they are evaluated by dividing them into mechanical and electrical power. In this study, the basic power of the plant, pneumatic, hydraulic, vapor and electrical power, was evaluated, and at pneumatic pressure, pressure 7bar compressor is reduced by about 8% and inverter control saves up to 23%. If duct is installed at the inlet of a compressor and lowered by about 10°C, it saves 3.19% of energy. It saves 31.4% of energy in total, and up to 23% of energy is saved in hydraulic pressure when hiring inverter control step control. Reducing exhaust gas temperature by 10℃ by lowering steam pressure can reduce fuel usage by 3%. In addition, additional energy savings are expected by applying capacitors and high-efficiency electrical devices for power factor improvement, and carbon emissions can be contributed to the reduction of future energy saving plans for eco-friendly plant facilities.
