Report Errors
Estimating the frame quality of a video can be used to measure the performance and quality of a video recording devices or to infer the environment at the time of recording the video. In this paper, we propose an algorithm to estimate the high or low quality of video frames using a CNN-based deep learning model. Experiments are performed using frames extracted using OpenCV for learning and evaluation. The results show that the proposed algorithm can estimate frame quality with a high accuracy of 99.29%.
