The concept of sharing and sustainable development is becoming a major term for future industries, and the fastest growing area of space sharing is the shared office. Sustainability helps balanced development such as regional cooperation, participation, and economy as well as environmental aspects. As single-person companies to large companies focus on “cooperative consumption,” it is time to approach the space composition of sustainable shared offices today. Since there are not many analysis studies on shared offices from the perspective of sustainable design, Based on the case of shared offices operated in Korea, we would like to analyze the space to lay the foundation for shared offices to grow into sustainable design spaces in the future. Social, economic, and environment were derived as three sustainable characteristics. In addition, each keyword specifies the elements and contents of sustainable design that can appear in a shared office and creates a checklist. This study selected three companies with high domestic market share. Sustainable design characteristics of research cases were evaluated through field surveys. For evaluation, spatial elements were divided into workspace, community space, and service area. The results of this study were good for social sustainable design and economic sustainable design, but environmental sustainable design was not good.
