The purpose of this study is to provide basic data to present the direction of university sports classes by grasping the relationship between the teaching type, class satisfaction, and sports continuity behavior of university non-face-to-face liberal arts classes. To this end, a survey was conducted on 200 students with experience in non-face-to-face liberal arts and sports classes (golf) in five places in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do in May 2022 to derive the following results. First, it was found that the teaching type of non-face-to-face liberal arts sports classes had a positive effect on class satisfaction. Second, it was found that the teaching type of non-face-to-face liberal arts sports classes had a positive effect on sports continuity behavior. Third, it was found that class satisfaction had a positive effect on sports continuity behavior. This suggests that even after social distancing is lifted, liberal arts sports classes can draw students' interest depending on the professor's teaching type and lead to sports participation and behavior, suggesting that instructors in charge of liberal arts should continue to improve and develop their teaching methods.
