This study had research on the correspondence of the Nail industry field job utilization of the Beautician (Nail) national technical qualification system based on NCS and Qualification System by exploring NCS. Based on this, it aims to contribute to the development of the industry by providing basic for improving the qualification and the qualification system for expert personnel. To this end, a total 197 people’s nail artist on job site were surveyed general characteristics, Nail beauty field job utilization, NCS based The Beautician(Nail) national technical certificate practical examination field utilization of detailed assignment, recognition of beautician(Nail), recognition of nail beauty industry. The results of this study indicated that the first assignment of the assignment of expert skills, manicure and pedicure, and removing artificial nails are reflected in the job of the field. However, the 2nd assignment gel nail polish (fan marveling and line marveling) and the third assignment (Artificial nails) did not reflect a nail field’s assignment. Thus, the qualification of the assessment of the qualification of the national technical qualification certificate is necessary to enhance the efficiency of the certificate by modifying and supplementing the assessment criteria in the corresponding unit 2~3 of the NCS. Furthermore, additionail training is needed for Nail working-related skills and it is recognized that it is necessary to recoginize a nail upper level certificate who can help develop on-site personnel and personal development. It is also believed to be to enhance usability and efficiency of the site by supplementing with a set of nail salons and technology-centric assessment tasks.
