This study paper aims at analyzing a direct influence on learning organizational culture, positive psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior of administrative line managers at private universities and the mediator effects of positive psychological capital as well. For this purpose, 211 questionnaires conducted among administrative line managers at private universities in Korea were used for the final analysis. Furthermore, analysis methods of main data such as SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs were applied for analyzing of structural equation models. The results of this study are divided into 3 parts.: First, learning organizational culture has a direct positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior and positive psychological capital. Second, positive psychological capital has a direct positive influence on structural citizenship behavior. Finally, positive psychological capital is verified that it has a partial mediator effect, because learning organizational culture mediated by positive psychological capital has an influence on structural citizenship behavior. Accordingly, This study wants to makes a suggestion on some theoretical and practical implications based on the conclusion made by many discussions about these research results.
