During nuclear accidents much radioactive materials release may give hazard effectsagainst environment and human beings. The radioactivity release and radiation exposure duringnuclear accidents are the severe weak points comparing to the merits of high energy productivity. And the well known nuclear accidents are Fukushima accident in 2011 in Japan, Chernobylaccident in 1986 in Ukraine and Three Mile accident in 1979 in USA. After Chernobyl andFukushima accident, the attentions against the accidents were increased, and to countermeasurethe accidents, many countries made the much efforts to build up the radioactivity protectioninfra. Korea also made the efforts to make the action plan such as evacuation, etc. against theaccidents by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety and local Governments. This paper presentsthe efficient countermeasure against the disaster in case of the nuclear accidents for the protectionof residents near the nuclear power plants and gives the basic foundation to secure the citizens'safety.
