The present study aimed to examine the effects of the happiness According to childhood teachers’ teaching efficacy and teacher professionalism. A questionnaire survey concerning teaching efficacy, teacher professionalism and happiness was conducted on 250 child-care teachers working in South Jeolla Province for the purpose of the present study. Pearson’s correlation and stepwise regression analysis were conducted with the collected data using SPSS 21.0 software. The data analysis showed that first, childhood teachers’ teaching efficacy and happiness had an overall significant positive correlation, and childhood teachers’ teaching efficacy was a significant predictive factor for happiness. Second, childhood teachers’ teacher professionalism and happiness had an overall significant positive correlation, and childhood teachers’ teacher professionalism was a significant predictive factor for happiness. These results suggest that childhood teachers’ teaching efficacy and teacher professionalism is an important factor for happiness.
