The purpose of this study is to recognize the necessity of developing an online music learning method, which is continuously required after the Covid-19 situation, and to propose an app-based music creation teaching and learning method as an attempt to approach it. In the study, along with the pros and cons of music learning in an online learning setting, the creative learning model consisted of four stages: imagining and exploring, planning and making, revising and refining, and presenting and sharing is presented. In accordance with the creative learning model, the application of creative stages that can structurally link various functions of the music app was presented, and teaching and learning methods were suggested to utilize it. Through this study, it was found that the learning characteristics that can be expected in the online learning situation imply many possibilities, especially in music creative learning, and that the online learning environment suggests the possibility that can act as a positive changing driver in the overall music learning. In order to expand the field of music learning suitable for the living with Covid-19 plan, research and discussion on various theories and practices on the use of online learning setting and various music apps in music subjects will be necessary.
