Report Errors
The company establishes an internal corporate strategy to cope with changes in the external environment and uses project management as a concrete realization method of strategy. Project management is easy to cope with uncertain situations, and has characteristics that match the business environment that demands flexibility. The active use of project management in the enterprise requires securing the project's strategic connectivity, so project portfolio management is necessary to deal with this situation. This study demonstrates empirically whether the project's strategic connectivity and the enterprise competitive advantage can be secured through the project portfolio management. The results show that the performance of project portfolio management leads to the increase of differentiation advantage(competitive advantage) and the project's strategic connectivity through the empirical analysis. Therefore, this study shows that the project execution companies can secure the linkage of the project to the corporate strategy and the differentiation advantage(competitive advantage) through the project portfolio management, and that they can effectively cope with changes in the external environment.
