The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of role stress, job burnout of leisure satisfaction through sport for all participation in elementary school teachers. The subject for study totalled 272 elementary school teachers participating in sport for all. Instruments of this study were used leisure satisfaction scale (Kim, 2004), role stress scale (Kim, 2000) and job burnout scale which developed Maslach (1982) translated by Kim (1999). The statistical methods utilized in the study for analyzing the collected data were reliability analysis, correlate analysis and multiple regression analysis using statistical package of SPSS(PASW) 18.0. The results obtained through the above analyses are as the following. Firstly, role stress, job burnout and leisure satisfaction through sport for all participation in elementary school teachers correlated. Secondly, leisure satisfaction through sport for all participation in elementary school teachers statistically and significantly influences role stress, Thirdly, leisure satisfaction through sport for all participation in elementary school teachers statistically and significantly influences job burnout, and lastly, role stress in elementary school teachers statistically and significantly influences job burnout.
