The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of ginsengn berry extracts ingestion and and voluntary exercise on antioxidation and apoptosis inhibition. To achieve this purpose, 32 male mice were selected to ingestion ginsengn ginsengn berry extract and let voluntary exercise for 6 weeks. Compared to normal diet control group, ginsengn berry extracts ingestion group, voluntary exercise group, ginsengn berry extracts ingestion and voluntary exercise group SOD concentration was no showed significantly, GPX concentration respectively group was no showed significantly. For the change of apoptosis, p53 was significantly decreased in the ginseng berry extracts ingestion group, voluntary exercise group, ginsengn berry extracts ingestion and voluntary exercise group significantly decreased and Bcl-2 was significantly increase in the ginseng berry extracts ingestion group, ginseng berry extracts ingestion and voluntary exercise group significantly increase. Therefore, the results suggest that specific medicinal ingredients which the ginsegn berry extracts ingestion worked, proposing positive result for the functionality of ginsegn green berry. This is anti-oxidant function and apoptosis is improved by ginseng green berry extracts ingestion and/or exercise training that may inhibit the anti-oxidanat and anti-apoptosis process effectively increasing antioxidant capacity in mice. In this finding, various researches on the physiological agents which the ginseng berry possesses would give positive effect as a exercise functional food.
