Report Errors
Purpose This study aims to analyze the effects of job stress and social supports on organizational effectiveness targeting employees working in social welfare facilities. Also it’s to verify the moderating effects of social supports in the relationship between job stress and organizational effectiveness. Methods Factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were performed based on the survey results targeting employees in social welfare facilities. Results Six hypotheses were adopted out of the total of 10 hypotheses including sub-hypothesis. Conclusion Based on the finding, we discussed various ways to alleviate the job stress of social welfare facilities workers.
