An Official Cadastral Records means the public register of the nation for the fact of land, and the indication of the land is recorded on title sections of the registration of real estate based on it. Thus a change in Cadastral Records may affect ownership on the registration of real estate. Since 1910 the enactment of the Land Survey Act, Special Act on Cadastre Resurvey was enacted after about a century. Cadastral Resurvey is a national project to convert that if records do not accord with the actual conditions of land by conducting investigations and surveys on descriptions registered in official cadastral records. This study analyses the effect of Real Estate Transaction from a Private Law Perspective through Cadastral Resurvey such as land boundary, area and categories. As a result, the effects of the Cadastral Resurvey are presented in preventing transaction accidents, reducing disputes and social costs.
