As the revised education curriculum for 2022 is introduced, efforts are being made to provide learners with appropriate learning experiences by exploring and organizing various learning resources inside and outside the school for learner-centered education. In this regard, this study developed the FAME model, which is a teaching and learning model that links outside educational resources to classroom instruction. The FAME model links outside resources, including online experiential activities, to classroom to supplement such resources lacking within schools. Also FAME model includes communication with experts to enhance students' learning abilities. The FAME model consists of four stages: "Field introduction", "Academy", "Meet an expert", and "Expansion". This study developed a biodiversity program for the first-year high scholl students using the FAME model and explored its satisfaction and educational effects through survey methods. Results showed that the program had a high satisfaction rate with an average score of 4.3 out of 5.0. The factors that influenced satisfaction the most were "fun" and "teaching methods". In terms of educational effects, the sub-concept of self-directed learning, "intrinsic motivation," was found to be improved. Furthermore, it has been observed that there is a growing interest and motivation towards various ecosystems and species, as well as the conservation of biodiversity. This study is significant in providing a new instructional model for designing lessons that integrate educational resources both inside and outside of the school.
