A Study on the Factors Influencing the Revisit Intention ofVisitors to the New Genre Public Art Park and the ActivationStrategy -A Case Study of Shanghai Community GardenGuan Xi Chen ＆ Min LeeAbstract: This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the revisit intention of visitors to the new genre public art park, to propose an activation strategy for this kind of park. This study uses the literature research method, based on the Hierarchy of Effects Model, and constructs a research model of revisit intention of visitors to the new genre public art park with perceived tourism value, tourist satisfaction, and local attachment. This study uses the structural equation model to analyze the factors influencing the revisit intention of visitors to the new genre public art park and these factors’ interactions based on 315 questionnaires from visitors to the Shanghai community garden. Perceived tourism value has a significant positive effect on tourist satisfaction, and the effect of perceived tourism value on revisit intention partially holds. Tourist satisfaction has a significant positive effect on the revisit intention. Tourist satisfaction plays a mediating role in the influence mechanism of the revisit intention. The local attachment has a positive moderating effect between tourist satisfaction and revisit intention. Based on the findings, this study proposes an activation strategy for the new genre public art park.Key Words: New Genre Public Art Park, Revisit Intention, Shanghai Community Garden, Local Attachment, Tourist Satisfaction
