The purpose of this study is to establish an effective teaching and learning strategy by understanding the effect of COVID-19 on online class satisfaction of health college students who have experienced online lectures and provide basic data for the paradigm of online class satisfaction. For data analysis, t-tests and one-way ANOVA were performed using the SPSS 21.0 program. The variables that appeared statistically significant in the subjects' general characteristics and online learning characteristics, the interaction between professors and students, and the factors that self-directed learning ability affect online class satisfaction were analyzed(p〈.05). The major, confidence in online classes, satisfaction of online classes, online class types, effectiveness of online classes, and interaction between professors and students explained 68.3% of online class satisfaction (F=45.499, p<.001). Major (β=.210, p<.001), the higher the confidence of online classes (β=.148, p<.001), the higher the satisfaction of online classes (β=.239, p<.001), the more preferred the online class type (β=.117, p<.001), the higher the effectiveness of online lectures (β=.370, p<.001), and the better the interaction between the professor and the student (β=.298, p<.001) were higher with online class satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to establish online education methods and teaching and learning strategies for health college students who need on-site practical skills, and to develop educational intervention programs using online content to cultivate various learning skills.
