The aim of this study is to develop a hot stamping method using Joule heating technology, heating material cooling technology, prototype molding, and evaluation. A prototype molding infrastructure was established by developing material heating equipment applied with Joule heating technology, that could improve energy efficiency by more than 60% compared with existing electric heating furnaces, and hybrid cooling type molds and spray equipment. The effectiveness of this process technology was verified through confirmation and evaluation of the moldability of the prototype.
