Recently, the factors of housing satisfaction in apartments have been recognized as important for improving the service of the management entity. This study identifies the factors affecting the housing satisfaction of tenants and determines priorities using the AHP technique to aid the efficient operation of apartment management services, secure competitiveness, and provide differentiated services. As a model for AHP analysis, 46 pairwise comparison questions for upper (4) and lower criteria (5 each) items were constructed for hierarchical identification, and a questionnaire was prepared by applying Satty"s 9-point scale. Housing satisfaction importance rankings were facility safety management, accounting work, maintenance costs, defect repair, insurance, kindness, long-term repair planning, residential welfare, and landscaping, noise control, and security management
