[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to identify any differences in both legs through kinematics and kinematic analysis of risk factors for anterior cruciate ligament injury during single-leg landing in female soccer players. [Method] The single-foot landing motion was performed 3 times for 10 female soccer players. For the measured data, the SPSS 26.0 statistical program was used for the data measured in the study. The variables were presented by calculating the mean and standard deviation, and the normality distribution of the data used in this study and the validity and reliability of the measurement tool were verified. To this end, descriptive statistical analysis was conducted to confirm the normality distribution, which is the basic premise of statistical analysis. An independent sample t-test was performed to verify the difference between the legs calculated through 3D motion analysis. The statistical significance level was set at α=.05. [Results] The maximal hip joint flexion angle was smaller in the flexion angle of the non-dominant leg during the single-foot landing of the main and non-dominant legs of female soccer players (p<.05). This means that the non-dominant leg lands with less flexion of the hip joint. The maximum internal rotation angle of the hip joint was greater than that of the main leg (p<.05). There was no significant difference in the maximum knee joint flexion angle. The maximum knee joint abduction angle was larger in the dominant leg (p>.05). The maximum knee joint extension moment was larger in the main leg (p<.05). There was no significant difference in the maximum vertical ground reaction force. There was also no significant difference in the load factor in both legs. [Conclusion] Although these results are different from previous studies, they are expected to have an impact on follow-up studies on both legs. So, suggestions for follow-up research are as follows.
