In this study, Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) was conducted to find out how fisheries and maritime high school teachers perceived Teacher Learning Community (TLC) at the level of importance and performance. As a result of this study, first, it was confirmed that the assumption of normality was satisfied as a result of examining the skewness and kurtosis for confirming the normal distribution of the major variables of TLC. Second, there was a significant difference in the importance and performance of fisheries and maritime high school teachers for the main variables of TLC except for one of the characteristics of "shared vision", according to the results of the t-test. Third, as a result of IPA, most of the questions related to the characteristics of "Focus on Student Learning" were included in the first quadrant, which was high in both importance and performance, so it was found to be a factor that should be maintained. On the other hand, the third quadrant, which is low in both importance and performance, includes all questions related to the "Support Environment", suggesting what factors TLC at fisheries and maritime high school should be interested in and make efforts in the future.
