As of 2024, in the case of permanent rental housing supplied until 1992, more than 190,000 units exist, and the possible reconstruction period has exceeded 30 years. As a result, permanent rental housing complexes are becoming increasingly slurred, and the living environment is also falling. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics and inconveniences of residents of permanent rental housing, point out problems, and suggest ways to improve the living environment through remodeling measures that enable minimum cost and minimum resident transfer.
