The study aims to argue that the formation of micro-ecclesial community of missional discipleship become possible through the resonance of narratives. The study takes the “narrative approach,” focusing on the Korea IAMS Fellowship as the case of a micro-ecclesial community. The micro-ecclesial community is a place where people experience life-affirming transformation through hospitality and kindness while also finding discernment and wisdom about the meaning of life. The essence of such community lies in the experience of koinonia and true discipleship. The paper provides Korea IAMS Fellowship as a case of micro-ecclesial community. Finally, the paper suggests a few lesson on formation of micro-ecclesial community in following: 1) Micro-ecclesial community provides the communal platform for the holistic growth of participants. 2) The resonance of stories plays the key role in creating a such community. 3) The micro-ecclesial community becomes missional when the stories cross over the boundary of the community.
