이 연구의 목적은 중·고등학교 축구선수들을 대상으로 성취목표성향이 그릿, 운동몰입 및 경기수행에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. 연구의 대상은 2024년 현재 대한축구협회에 등록되어 있는 중·고등학교 축구선수 315명으로 조사도구는 설문지를 이용하여 측정하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 26.0을 사용하여 기술통계, 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중·고등학교 축구선수들의 성취목표성향은 그릿과 운동몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 성취목표성향의 하위요인인 과제목표성향과 자아목표성향은 그릿의 하위요인인 끈기, 운동열정, 흥미유지에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 성취목표성향의 하위요인인 과제목표성향과 자아목표성향은 운동몰입의 하위요인인 인지몰입과 행위몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중·고등학교 축구선수들의 성취목표성향은 경기수행에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 성취목표성향의 하위요인인 과제목표성향과 자아목표성향은 경기수행의 하위요인인 수행성공, 수행성숙, 심리성숙에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중·고등학교 축구선수들의 그릿은 운동몰입과 경기수행에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 그릿의 하위요인인 운동열정과 흥미유지는 인지몰입의 하위요인인 인지몰입과 행위몰입에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 그릿의 하위요인인 끈기, 운동열정, 흥미유지는 경기수행의 하위요인인 수행성공, 수행성숙, 심리성숙에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 중·고등학교 축구선수들의 운동수행력을 향상시키기 위해서는 목표설정에 대한 정확한 방향설정과 목적에 맞는 과제 제시를 통해 운동에 대한 흥미, 열정, 노력 등의 내적동기를 강화시키는데 중요한 역할을 한다는 점을 시사하고 있다.
The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of achievement goal orientation on grit, exercise commitment, and game performance of middle and high school soccer players. The subjects of the study were 345 middle and high school soccer players registered with the Korea Football Association as of 2024, and a questionnaire was used as the survey tool. Data processing was carried out using SPSS 26.0 to conduct descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows: First, it was found that the achievement goal orientation of middle and high school soccer players had a significant effect on grit and exercise commitment. Specifically, it was found that task goal orientation and ego goal orientation, which were sub-factors of achievement goal orientation, had a significant effect on grit sub-factors such as persistence, exercise passion, and interest maintenance, while task goal orientation and ego goal orientation, which were sub-factors of achievement goal orientation, had a significant effect on cognitive commitment and behavioral commitment, which were sub-factors of exercise commitment. Second, it was found that the achievement goal orientation of middle and high school soccer players had a significant effect on game performance. Specifically, it was found that task goal orientation and ego goal orientation, which were sub-factors of achievement goal orientation, had a significant effect on the sub-factors of game performance, such as performance success, performance maturity, and psychological maturity. Third, grit of middle and high school soccer players was found to had a significant effect on exercise commitment and game performance. Specifically, it was found that the sub-factors of grit, such as passion and interest maintenance, had a significant effect on the sub-factors of cognitive commitment, such as cognitive commitment and behavioral commitment. It was also found that the sub-factors of grit, such as persistence, exercise passion, and interest maintenance, had a significant effect on the sub-factors of game performance, such as performance success, performance maturity, and psychological maturity. In conclusion, in order to improve the athletic performance of middle and high school soccer players, an accurate direction for goal setting must be established, and it was implied that presenting tasks that match the direction and purpose plays an important role in strengthening internal motivation such as interest, passion, and effort.
