The purpose of study is to identify the awareness of class components (teaching characteristics, learning task characteristics, grammar and vocabulary instruction methods) and impact on class immersion, and actual satisfaction of college students in non-curricular English programs. For this, 23 freshmen at A university were surveyed. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 program and frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and stepwise regression analysis and a descriptive survey for learners' satisfaction were performed. The results are as follows. First, low-achieving English learner appeared to have a positive perception of each component. Second, all components showed a significant impact on learners' class immersion, and in particular, teaching characteristics showed the highest influence. Third, learners' actual satisfaction positively was described interaction, grammar instruction methods, and individual management methods. The conclusions are as follows. In non-curricular program, teachers should strive for interaction with students, especially 1:1 customized individual management considering level differences and individual characteristics and immediate feedback. it should also be helpful to learners' immersion and satisfaction through appropriate task difficulty levels and various task methods.
