This study aims to optimize the design and development of modular bathroom POD systems through literature review and case analysis. Modular construction offers significant advantages in terms of reducing construction time and costs compared to traditional methods. By analyzing existing studies and real-world cases, this research identifies optimal piping systems, floor structures, and lifting mechanisms for PODs. The results suggest that hybrid piping systems and TPR floor plates enhance efficiency, and lifting systems with H-beams and PL lifting hooks improve structural stability. These findings contribute to the development of efficient and structurally sound modular POD systems.
