Recently, multi-agent systems have attracted considerable attention, leading to the development of various applications. So far, many studies have been conducted assuming that all agents are cooperative. Meanwhile, in the real world, there are several multi-agent systems in which each agent is owned by different owners and strives to maximize the utility of its owner. In such systems, agents do not necessarily behave as if they are cooperative, e.g., they may not share information with the other agents for free. For such multi-agent systems, we have recently developed a multi-agent system driven by value exchange, in which agents are controlled by a typical consensus controller driven only when agents receive information from the other agents in exchange for incentives. In particular, we have clarified the condition for consensus of the system, which depends on the distribution of the incentives. However, the relation between the performance of the system and the distribution of the incentives is still unclear. In this paper, we derive the relation between the convergence speed of the system and the initial distribution of incentives.
