While developing our electric business platform vehicle, we collaborated closely with customer companies to reflect their voices rather than just conducting market research. As a result, pain points were set in the delivery scenario.
As a result of analyzing the behavior patterns of delivery drivers, one of the most repeated actions was opening and closing the cargo door. And the next action was to lock the cargo door. We decided to identify the behavioral patterns of delivery drivers and develop automation for this action.
In this paper, we presented a solution to solve the pain points derived from an actual delivery scenario and then developed and verified a smart work-away system to achieve the solution.
