Purpose – The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of risks in the supply chain on risk management strategies,collaboration, and sustainability performance for logistics companies participating in the supply chain. Design/Methodology/Approach – The collected data were analyzed using the AMOS 18.0 statistical program. Frequency analysis was performed to examine general characteristics, Cronbach's α test was performed to examine internal consistency, and confirmatory factor analysis and structural model analysis were performed to verify validity and structural model. Findings – Supply risk, demand risk, and environmental risk were found to have a significant positive (+) effect on flexibility enhancement strategies and agility enhancement strategies, but operational risk was found to have no significant effect on both flexibility enhancement strategies and agility enhancement strategies. Flexibility enhan cement strategies and agility enhancement strategies were found to have a significant positive (+) effect on both supply chain integration and sustainability performance. Research Implications – This study was able to structure the risks that may arise in the logistics supply chain into supply risk, demand risk, operational risk, and environmental risk, and the need for a risk management strategy, such as a flexibility enhancement strategy and a agility enhancement strategy, was confirmed regardless of the type of each risk. It was also confirmed that the risk management strategy has an effect on the integration of the supply chain and the achievement of continuous performance.
