In response to the increasing automobile distribution, the automobile industry is developing smartphone-based mirroring and techniques for controlling automobiles with applications. These efforts are receiving favourable responses from consumers. Furthermore, parking facilities are becoming more eco-friendly and pursuing smart technologies by combining with information technology (IT). This study developed a “Real-time valet information system”, which identifies parking status for efficient utilization of parking space and sends parking status to the smart phone for efficient parking management. This system will provide the users real-time information on the empty parking space and reserve the parking space directly. It has a huge economic ripple effect by relieving traffic jam in surrounding areas, reducing parking time, and reducing fuel expense
