The Sports Voucher is one of the projects supported by the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation(KSPO), including the welfare of sports for all, professional sports, and sports for persons with disabilities. Since its implementation in 2009, the Sports Voucher Project has gone through a period of stability and expansion, and in order to obtain the vitality and stable driving force of sports policy, it is necessary to produce academical knowledge according to the policy purpose. The purpose was to derive research trends by synthesizing the cumulative report results on the policy evaluation since the implementation of the Sports Voucher Project. By analyzed the frequency of occurrence of related concepts, semantic networks, and connection centrality using KrKwic, a text content analysis software, and UciNet/NetDraw, a semantic network analysis tool. The results were as follows. First, the top five words with high frequency of appearance among the key words extracted from the sports course voucher policy research were ‘sports’, ‘voucher’, ‘social integration’, ‘bandabi’, and ‘affiliate facility’ in that order. Second, the top five words with above-average connection centrality in the semantic network analysis results were ‘sports’, ‘sports club’, ‘self-esteem’, ‘accessibility’, and ‘low-income class’ in that order. Through this, can derive the policy direction and implications of the sports course voucher project and seek ways to contribute to future policy improvement.
