In this study the material properties of SABC 1470 by heat treatment was measured based on the uniaxial tensile test, Vickers hardness test and Charpy impact test. These material properties were compared with Hat-type by hot press forming. In addition, the 3 point bending test was conducted measure behavior under bending loading. Also, the those test results were comparative analysis using the finite element analysis method. The comparison result showed that the tensile strength was slightly larger for Hat-type than SABC1470 by heat treatment. However, the Vickers hardness and impact value were not larger for Hat-type than SABC1470 by heat treatment. The results obtained through the 3 point bending test could not compared between Hat-type and SABC1470 because Hat-type parts were not enough for bending test. Instead of the material properties of bending results were compared through FE analysis .
