PFC inductor and LLC resonant transformer with An Integrated Magnetic Core is proposed in this paper. The coupling coefficient due to the mutual interference of PFC inductor area and LLC resonant transformer area only be small, but has a stable operating characteristics. Therefore, by applying the center Gap necessary for PFC inductor and LLC resonant transformer integrated Magnetic Core was to have a stable operating characteristics. Applicable to the 120W LED TV PSU respectively through Production and experiment. Furthermore, applicability of the proposed integrated transformer to PSUs for 120W LED TV is found from the viewpoint of integration of different magnetic components into one core, which leads to light weight, low cost, high power density, and so on.
