This study examined relationships among matured-aging, death attitude and death competency, and examined influence of death attitude on death competency of middle-aged adults. Participants were 320 middle-aged adults who complete a questionnaires was analyzed. The results of this study are as follows: First, middle-aged adults with matured-aging have neutral death acceptance attitude and high death competency. Particularly Social level of matured-aging had significant influence on neutral death acceptance attitude, approach death acceptance, death competency among middle-aged adults. Furthermore, three death acceptance is a significant predictor on death competency. The result showed that matured-aging evaluated positive death acceptance and death competency of middled-aged adults. And Path analysis suggested matured-aging had influences indirectly through death acceptance on death competency as well as matured-aging directly on that. Finally, implications, limitations, and suggestions of the present study were discussed.
