본 연구는 하지를 주로 이용하는 축구선수들의 12주간 플라이오메트릭 트레이닝과 테이핑의 복합처치가 체력, 혈중지질, VEGF, BDNF에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 것으로 양산시 소재 D대학 남자 축구선수를 무선 배정하여 세 그룹으로 구분하였다. 플라이오메트릭 트레이닝 그룹(plyometric training group : PTG) 9명, 테이핑 처치와 함께 실시하는 플라이오메트릭 트레이닝 그룹(taping treatment and plyometric training group : TPTG) 9명, 대조군(control group : CG) 8명을 선정하였으며, 준비운동 10분, 본 운동 30∼60분, 정리운동 15분의 플라이오메트릭 트레이닝과 테이핑의 복합처치를 규칙적으로 실시하였다. 연구의 목적을 위하여 수집된 자료를 IBM SPSS Statistics(Version 21.0)를 이용하였다. 모든 변인의 결과는 평균과 표준편차를 산출하였으며, 집단 간의 평균비교는 사전검사 측정값을 공변인으로 하여 사후검사 측정값을 서로 비교하는 공분산분석(Analysis of Covariance)으로 분석하였다. 통계적 유의수준은 α=.05로 하였으며, 이 연구에서 얻어진 결론을 다음과 같다.
1) 복합처치에 따른 체력의 변화에서 민첩성과 순발력은 TPTG와 PTG 순으로 CG 보다 증가하여 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 근력, 근지구력, 심폐지구력, 유연성에는 긍정적인 효과는 없었다.
2) 복합처치에 따른 혈중지질의 변화에서 TG와 LDL-C는 TPTG와 PTG 순으로 CG 보다 감소하여 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. TC, HDL-C에는 긍정적인 효과는 없었다.
3) 복합처처에 따른 VEGF의 변화에서 PTG와 TPTG 순으로 CG 보다 증가하여 긍정적인 효과가 있었다.
4) 복합처처에 따른 BDNF의 변화에서 TPTG와 PTG 순으로 CG 보다 증가하여 긍정적인 효과가 있었다.
이상의 결론을 종합해보면, 남자 축구선수들을 대상으로 훈련 시 복합처치 프로그램이 축구선수들의 체력, 혈중지질, VEGF, BDNF에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 이는 플라이오메트릭 트레이닝과 테이핑의 복합처치가 전술적 인지능력을 향상시킬 수 있음을 의미하는 것이다.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the combined effects of 12-weeks plyometric training and taping treatment on physical fitness, blood lipids, VEGF and BDNF in soccer players. The subjects were recruited from the D university soccer player teams, and they were divided into three groups. The first group was 9 persons for plyometric training group("PTG"), the second was 9 persons for plyometric training and taping treatment group("TPTG"), and the last was 8 persons for control group("CG"). The total number of 26 soccer players were tested to do plyometric training and taping treatment on a regular basis of 10 minutes of warming-up exercise, 30 to 60 minutes of main exercise, and 15 minutes of cool-down exercise. we evaluated the physical fitness, blood lipids, VEGF and BDNF following the plyometric and taping training. The IBM SPSS Statistics(ver. 21.0) was used for analysis of the experimental data. All the result variables were calculated to produce mean and standard variation, and analyzed by covariance to evaluate the values. The statistical significance level(α) was 0.05, and the following conclusions were as follows: 1) Regarding the effect on physical fitness for health after taping treatment during the 12-week of plyometric training, the PTG showed a statistically significant difference in flexibility, agility and power between prior- and post-treatment. The TPTG showed also a significant difference in muscular endurance, flexibility, agility and power(instantaneous reaction). A between-group effect was found on agility and power by the taping treatment during plyometric training, whereas a time effect was shown on muscle strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, agility and power. The interaction between group and time showed an effectiveness on agility and power. 2) With regard to the effect on lipid in blood after taping treatment during the 12-week of plyometric training, the PTG showed a statistically significant difference in TG, LDL-C and HDL-C between prior- and post-treatment, while the TPTG showed also a significant difference in TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C. A time effect was shown on TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C. The interaction between group and time showed an effectiveness on TG and LDL-C. 3) The taping treatment effect on VEGF during the 12-week of plyometric training showed a significant difference between the PTG and the TPTG. A time effect was shown after taping treatment during plyometric training, and the interaction between group and time was found also. 4) Regarding the taping treatment effect on BDNF during the 12-week of plyometric training, the PTG and the TPTG showed higher mean values than the CG. and there was a statistically significant difference between the PTG, the TPTG and the CG. A time effect was shown after taping treatment during plyometric training, and the interaction between group and time was also found. In conclusion, the taping treatment during the 12-week plyometric training for soccer players was positively effective on physical fitness, blood lipids, VEGF and BDNF. The taping treatment was also proved to be positively effective in maximizing the exercise performance ability as a supplementary enhancer. Particularly, it will be a positive result, in that the variables related with strength improvement and growth factor could activate agility, power and brain which are helpful for soccer players to enhance their strength, athletic performance and strategic performance. A more systematic and scientific further studies will be needed to enhance agility and power which are specially necessary for soccer game.
