In this thesis, the problem of designing a reliable control for dynamic systems
with time-varying delays, parameter uncertainties and Gaussian stochastic process
is considered. A reliable controller design method for dynamic systems with constraints
will be suggested. By constructing newly augmented Lyapunov-Krasovskii
functionals and utilizing some lemmas, to confirm the effect of reliable control in
dynamic systems, four results are derived. The numerical examples are included to
show the effectiveness and necessity of the proposed methods.
