A Study of Participation Motive and Satisfaction in Youth Sport Club Activities
- Focusing on the difference between the student and parent -

This study aims at providing fundamental data and information for establishing management strategies on youth sport club by studying about difference between the student and parent on participation motive and satisfaction in youth sport club activities.
The survey was done through 170 youth sport club members of each the student and parent in Jeonjul, Jeollabukdo and ran an analysis on the 140 copies of the student and 159 copies of the parant. The data which is collected were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 13.0 for Windows. frequency analysis, Exploratory factor analysis, multiple regression analysis was used in order to acquire the result
The result of this study were as follows.
First, There are difference between the student and parent in Intrinsic Motivation(seeking social) factor and Unmotivated(solicitation) factor. Unmotivated(solicitation) factor is important to the student and Intrinsic Motivation(social pursuit) factor is important to the parant.
Second, Facilities Satisfaction is increased when the student has higher Intrinsic Motivation(social pursuit) and the parent has higher Unmotivated (solicitation).
Third, Leader Satisfaction is increased when the student has higher Intrinsic Motivation(social pursuit) and the parent has higher Intrinsic Motivation(social pursuit)and Unmotivated(solicitation).
Fourth, Program Satisfaction is increased when the student has higher Intrinsic Motivation(social pursuit) and the parent has higher Intrinsic Motivation(social pursuit)and Unmotivated(solicitation).
Fifth, Costs Satisfaction is increased when the student has higher Intrinsic Motivation (social pursuit) and the parent has higher Unmotivated(solicitation).
