(Abstract)
This study aims to Present Condition of examine the relationship among emotional labor and depression in dental hygienist. It especially focuses on investigating the present condition of effect of emotional labor on depression in dental hygienist.
In a survey conducted with Korean worked at the dentist hygienist. In early March and early April 2016, self-administered questionnaires to a target of 218 people by using collected data.

characteristics, work-related characteristics, emotional labor, and depression.
The major results was as follows;
Emotional labor of age, the effect on depression, exempt state level, position, the main task, working around the country, the dentist ‘ of emotion after labor and correction lower the number of factors of emotionalDiscord emerged high in ‘the needs of psychological control and regulation’ and ‘emotional dissonance and damage’ factors, and damage ’, especially the ‘a clash of emotions and damage’ factor 4.042 times compared to the jeongsang forces or high risk of depression.
To lower the levels of depression due to a dental hygienist''s emotional labor, to manage ‘a clash of emotions and damage’, ‘the organization''s support and protection system’ is effective. And depression levels of Emotional labor with lower risk factors as well as general characteristics and to improve mental health professional characteristics into consideration a comprehensive effort is required.
