We encounter social problems by social exclusion because Korea has developed in a short period of time and it was goal-directed. So, in Korea, Governance and researchers have made diverse efforts for solution. However it has somewhat dispersive mode because they tend to concentrate on the respective vulnerable class such as woman, senior, disabled, and lower-income group, etc. Thus It was insufficient for comprehensive solutions about social exclusion.
So we apply ‘the inclusive city’ concept which is discussed in many developed countries and attempt to suggest planning elements for inclusive city to solve diverse social problems. Therefore, in this research, we aim the establishment of comprehensive planning elements about inclusive city and application of it through questionnaire of residents in target area(Busanjin-gu). In the process, We use factor analysis(principal component analysis) and importance-performance analysis.
As the final outcome, walking, housing safety need to be improved for enhancement of inclusiveness in the target area. And, all planning elements(public safety, welfare system, housing infrastructure, women friendliness, walking safety, public transportation, housing safety, communities) have to be apply in urban plannig, some elements need to be priority depending on conditions of each district.
