This paper is implementation of responsive web application. Using LOD(Linked Open Data), a kind of semantic web, LOD objects around the user are searched based on the user''s location information. LOD is a model that identifies data existing on the web by URI and links to each other by giving link information to each URI. With this linking It has more profitable to reusing data and interlinking. In this paper, use DBpedia for data. DBpedia is a kind of LOD, is based on Wikipedia, an online encyclopedia and it acts as a hub for various LOD datasets. DBpedia data has more than 300,000 pieces of geographic information. This data and the user location information are combined with each other to provide an opportunity for the user to conveniently utilize the semantic data around the user. In addition, it is implemented as a web application using the responsive web design. So that it provide more accessibility, can be used in a wide variety of environments or user devices.
