The purpose of this study is to find out what kind of attributes farmers consider and satisfy in contract cultivation. We also present the problems and improvement points through the analysis results. The questionnaire consisted of 112 questionnaires, excluding 8 untruthful questionnaires out of 120.
IPA analysis showed that items that need to be maintained consistently include support for farm products, onion products, and contract price adjustments. Next, concentrated items include insect pest control, fertilization of onion, shipment of onion, onion delivery, and payment. Weaknesses include payment of contracts, choice of seeds, incentives, and participation in joint shipments. Excess items include explanation of contract cultivation, contract act.
The results of the analysis show that the items related to the income of the farmers and the items related to the basic agriculture work are more important. The problem of contract cultivation is the problem and attitude of trust between contracting parties. In order to do this, it is necessary to prepare measures for price determination and price collapse through communication with farmers.
