본 연구는 표준보육과정의 자연탐구영역에서 제시하는 만 2세의 자연탐구발달 수준을 이해하고, 어린이집 교사들이 보육과정의 계획과 필요한 지침이 되는 평가도구 개발의 필요성에 따라 표준보육과정 만 2세용 자연탐구영역 발달을 평정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해 설정한 연구 문제는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 만 2세 자연탐구영역척도의 문항을 구성한다. 둘째, 만 2세 자연탐구영역척도의 타당도를 검증해 본다. 셋째, 만 2세 자연탐구영역척도의 신뢰도를 검증해 본다. 우선 만 2세 자연탐구영역척도의 문항을 구성하기위하여 문헌연구와 표준보육과정에 기초한 만 2세 자연탐구영역에서 제시하는 자연탐구발달의 수준을 통해 자연탐구영역의 하위요인인 ‘탐구하는 태도 기르기’에서 25문항, ‘수학적 탐색하기’에서 37문항, ‘과학적 탐구’에서 36문항 총 98문항의 기초연구도구가 추출되었다. 다음으로 타당도 검증을 위하여 전문가집단과 현장 전문가집단의 내용타당도 검증을 실시하였다. 기초문항에서 추출된 98문항에 대한 탐색적 요인분석을 수행하기 위하여 서울, 경기 지역의 국공립어린이집, 민간어린이집, 가정어린이집에 재원 중인 만 2세를 대상으로 592부 표본을 수집하였다. 수집된 표본은 SPSS 18.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 주성분분석을 통한 탐색적 요인분석 후에 요인회전을 통해 요인을 찾아내었다. 그 결과 표준보육과정에 기초한 자연탐구척도는 3요인 16문항으로 구성되었다. 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 구성된 3요인 16문항에 대한 구인타당도를 검증하기위하여 AMOS 18.0 통계프로그램을 이용해 구조방정식모형을 통한 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였고 더욱 적합한 모형의 자연탐구척도 3요인 11문항의 최종 개발문항이 선정되었다. 최종 선정된 자연탐구 척도 3요인 11문항의 최적의 모형 적합도를 높이기 위해 구조방정식모델에서 구성개념 간 경로를 추가하는 방법을 사용하여 최종적으로 수정모형을 선택하였다. 수정지수를 이용하여 모델을 수정한 수정모형은 표준보육과정 자연탐구영역의 하위요인과 합치되는 최종모형으로 검증되었다. 마지막으로 연구문제의 신뢰도를 검증하기위하여 요인분석을 통해 구분화 된 ‘탐구하는 태도 기르기’ 4문항, ‘수학적 탐구’ 3문항, ‘과학적 탐구’ 4문항으로 자연탐구척도 총 3요인 11문항에 대한 판별타당도를 구하기 위하여 상관분석을 실시하였다. 문항과 요인간의 상관과 내적일치도(Cronbach`s α)값을 통해 신뢰도를 구하였다. 문항간의 신뢰도는 모든 영역에서 높게 나타났으며, 신뢰도를 저해하는 문항은 없는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 본 연구에서 개발된 표준보육과정에 기초한 만 2세의 자연탐구척도는 타당도와 신뢰도가 검증된 도구로 만 2세 자연탐구척도로 적합함이 검증되었다.
본 연구를 통해 개발된 자연탐구척도는 만 2세 영아의 자연탐구발달을 평정하는데 적합한 평가도구로써 영유아교사에게 제공할 수 있으며, 표준보육과정의 본래 목적과 취지에 맞는 보육운영 계획 및 실행에 기여를 하게 될 것이다. 또한 검증된 본 연구에서 개발된 자연탐구발달 평가결과는 다음연도 보육계획에 반영되어 영아발달을 체계적으로 지원하는데 도움이 될 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to understand the level of natural exploration and development presented in the natural exploration area of the standard child care course, and to develop a scale that allows daycare teachers to evaluate the development of natural exploration areas for children aged 2 only in the standard child care course according to the planning of the child care process and the need to develop assessment tools that are guidelines. The study questions set up for this study are as follows.
First, it constitutes a question on the natural exploration area scale of the two-year- Second, the validity of the natural exploration area scale of the 2-year-old is verified. Third, I will verify the reliability of the natural exploration area scale when I am two years old. First, to form the question of natural exploration area scale for ages 2 and 2 of age 2 of natural exploration, 25 of the sub-factors of natural exploration area were studied through the level of natural exploration development presented in natural exploration area based on the literature study and standard child care process, and the total number of questions was derived from article 37 and 98 of mathematical exploration. Next, the content feasibility of the expert group and the on-site expert group was verified for validity verification. In order to conduct exploratory analysis of 98 questions extracted from basic questions, 592 samples were collected from the second generation of children who are funded by state-run children''s homes, private children''s homes and families in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The collected sample used the SPS 18.0 statistical program to analyze the exploratory factors through the principal component analysis, and then rotate the factors to find the factors. As a result, the natural search scale based on the standard child care process consisted of 16 questions with three factors. In order to verify the gain equivalence of 16 questions, which are constructed through exploratory factorial analysis, a confirmed factor analysis was conducted through the structural equation model using the AMOS 18.0 statistical program, and the final development question in paragraph 11 of the more suitable natural search scale of the model was selected. In order to improve the optimum model fit in paragraph 11 of the final chosen natural search scale, the modified model was finally selected using the method of adding a path between components in the structural equation model. Modified model using modified index was verified as the final model that is consistent with sub factors in the natural search area of the standard child care process. Finally, to verify the reliability of the research issue, the correlation analysis was conducted to obtain the judgment of 11 questions, which are three factors total, for which the natural search scale is total, under the four questions of ‘raising the exploration attitude’, ‘scientific exploration’ and ‘scientific exploration’ that were distinguished through the analysis of factors. Confidence was obtained through the correlation between the questions and factors and the Cronbach''s α value. Confidence among questions was high in all areas, and no questions were found to undermine them. In conclusion, based on the standard child care process developed in this study, the natural search scale of ages 2 has been verified to be suitable for the natural exploration scale of age 2 with a tool with proven validity and reliability.
The natural exploration scale developed through this study can be provided to infant teachers as a suitable evaluation tool for the determination of natural exploration and development of infants aged 2 years old, and will contribute to the planning and implementation of child care operation according to the original purpose and purpose of the standard child care program. In addition, the results of the natural exploration and development assessment developed in this validated study will be reflected in the next year’s child care plan, which will help systematically support infant development.
