The purpose of this study is to clarify the impact of organizational citizen action and organizational input on teachers well-being through the leader-member exchange relationship of Middle school teachers in China. To achieve this goal, the research questions are as follows:
Research Question 1: Chinese middle school teachers organizational citizen action, organizational commitment, exchange relationship between leaders and subordinates, and teachers happiness are different in background characteristics (gender, age, marriage, education, work experience).
Research question 2: What is the structural relationship between Chinese middle school teachers organizational citizen action, organizational commitment, exchange relationship between leaders and subordinates, and teachers happiness?
Research question 3: What is the media effect of the exchange relationship between leaders and members when middle school teachers organize civic action, organizational commitment and teachers well-being in China?
Object of this research is to be located in China shenyang, liaoning province, benxi, dalian, anshan, fushun city 14 secondary schools, 500 teachers, 500 copies of questionnaires, the recall of 450 were finally analyzed. This survey in 2019 September 1 solstice, on December 31, the questionnaire by the Chinese middle school teachers background topic 5, organizational citizen action subject 24, 21 organizational commitment subject, leading members exchange relationship item 12, 21 way into teachers happiness.
In order to understand the structural relationship between variables, statistical data were used to analyze SPSS 23.0 for Windows, and structural equation model (SEM) was used to analyze AMOS 22.0 for verification.
Civil action, in order to understand the Chinese high school teachers organization commitment, leadership and members of the exchange relationship and the structural relationship between teachers sense of happiness, and know the way between the variables, using the structural equation model validation conclusive factor analysis and path analysis. For the study of the test load measurement model standardization factors, the most generous estimate. By x2 statistics, for the measurement model of the degrees of freedom(df), and the basis for index(GFI), correction for index(AGFI), standard for index(NFI), suit to index(CFI), In order to verify the efficiency of media effect, the Bootstrapping method was implemented, and the generalized results are as follows:
First, according to the different background characteristics of Middle school teachers in China, there are differences in teacher happiness between organizing citizen action, organizing commitment, exchanging relationship between leaders and teachers.
Second, in the test part of structural relationships, high school teachers organization citizen action and the organizational commitment of leadership-members of the exchange relationship has a direct significance, the leader-member exchange relationship have to teacher happiness meaningful effect. In addition, teachers'' organizational citizen action to teacher''s happiness has a direct significance.
Third, Chinese middle school teachers'' organizational citizen action and the impact of organizational commitment of teachers'' well-being, the leaders and members of the exchange relationship has played a significant role. So that the members of the leadership-exchange relationship become important variable for. In addition, in order to improve the teachers'' happiness, boss should apply leader-member exchange relationship, take an active part in activities such as organization citizen action and organization. In other words, the teachers in order to achieve a new challenge, must strengthen the happiness, improve the working methods, increase investment group, as long as the earnest efforts, can improve the work efficiency, Never relax or shrink back even in the face of difficulties.
This study for the teachers from the leader-member exchange (LMX) point of view to discuss the limitations of, on the boss''s position determination leader-member exchange(LMX). Some scholars believe is a process of interaction, exercise the mutual influence between boss and subordinate, so should be from the perspective of the boss and subordinate to determine and discuss this issue. the leader-member exchange(LMX) the differentiation of discrimination is not only a superior to subordinate, and discrimination against subordinate supervisor. However, Most of the previous studies on leader-member exchange relationship (LMX) deal with the difference between superiors and subordinates. Therefore, in future studies, it is necessary to discuss leader-member exchange relationship(LMX) from the perspective of superiors.
