The purpose of this study is to clarify the impact of organizational citizen action and organizational input on teachers well-being through the leader-member exchange relationship of Middle school teachers in China. To achieve this goal, the research questions are as follows: Research Question 1: Chinese middle school teachers organizational citizen action, organizational commitment, exchange relationship between leaders and subordinates, and teachers happiness are different in background characteristics (gender, age, marriage, education, work experience). Research question 2: What is the structural relationship between Chinese middle school teachers organizational citizen action, organizational commitment, exchange relationship between leaders and subordinates, and teachers happiness? Research question 3: What is the media effect of the exchange relationship between leaders and members when middle school teachers organize civic action, organizational commitment and teachers well-being in China?
