The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting to the switching intention of enterprise IT system to public cloud utilizing the push-pull-mooring framework. For this research, employees in the IT part from several companies in several industry part were answered to survey with their empirical view.
Through survey with self administrated questionnaire, Total 152 cases excepted unreliable cases and test cases were used for descriptive statistics analysis with ''SmartPLS 3.0'' for research model analysis and ''SPSS Statistics'' for demography analysis.
As a result of this study, the push group(Dissatisfaction, Environment, Initial Expectancy Disconfirmation) tending to push users away from current environment to alternatives environment has the positive effect to ''Switching Intention'' of enterprise IT System to public cloud. The pull group (Scalability of Cloud, Perceived Usefulness of Cloud, Attractiveness of Cloud) tending to pull users from current environment to alternatives environment has the positive effect to ''Switching Intention'' of enterprise IT system to public cloud. The mooring group (User Resistance, Switching Costs) tending to affect negatively to ''Switching Intention'' of enterprise IT System to public cloud. In a view of mediating effect, ''User Resistance'' has no meaningful mediating effect in between ''Initial Expectancy Disconfirmation'' and the ''Switching Intention'' of enterprise IT System, while ''Switching Costs'' has the negative mediating effect in between ''Initial Expectancy Disconfirmation'' and the ''Switching Intention'' of enterprise IT System.
In this study, It offers several insights for the factors to be cared for companies which have a plan to change their own IT system environment to public cloud.
