The aim of this paper is to know the change of bulding exterior
colour on C.B.D. which was changed in current 20 years in Seoul
by means of the survey and analysis on colour distribution of
urban commercial and office bulding.
Through this survey, we know that the YR group has a big
distribution as usual, and the R group appears frequently than
twenty years ago, but the rule of bulding exterior colour
(low-chroma high-value) has been keeps generally with the change
of preferens' colour, fashion, etc.
