Intelligent Building needs consideration of high technology concernig telecommunication. Computer, Automation. Architect do not have enough knowledge in such field and therefore many experts of different categories communicate there technology and knowledge each other during the planning process. For that reason, It is difficult for Architect to supply the standard and criteria in IB. And as a result existing IB planning process have many economical and tcehnological problems in it. For efficient IB Planning, Decision Making process, communication pattern and analysis of basic technology is needed. This study analyse existing problem in IB planning process through survey and interview to experts who have involved IB planning and combinates matrix of communication of experts. To plan IB efficiently, efficient communication of experts are as important as its high technology.
