Generally, the reduction of duration in the highrise
building work focus on the skelton structure works. But
in case of the building works as highrise apartment, the
repeated unit floor plan for structure, can reduce the
duration in the finishing works.
In this point, the purpose of this study is to reduce the
duration and to improve process management in the highrise
apartment applied group division method for finishing work.
Judging from the results of ths research, group division
method is useful in the duration reduction, cost down,
quality control and safety control for finishing works
of highrise apartment.
